Separate the questions
A seal-check sheet helps reveal features of the seal imprint. Dye testing investigates channels with a suitable method and packaging material. A strength test measures resistance to separation under defined conditions. One result should not be relabelled as proof of all three properties.
Routine checks and validation
ISO 11607-2 addresses validation of forming, sealing and assembly processes. A routine check is one activity within your documented packaging process; it does not on its own validate every material and machine combination. The standard’s public abstract is linked below, not reproduced as a complete procedure.
Prepare a seal-monitoring log
Include the sealer ID, packaging material and lot, settings, test method, acceptance reference, result and operator. When asking Krinmed about KRSL-101, identify the packaging and sealer first. This makes it possible to answer a compatibility question rather than guess from the sheet size.
